From Sherman: Take US-75 N to Exit 51 (Van Alstyne Parkway / FM-121). Stay on the service road. Take the first left on Van Alstyne Parkway. Turn left at the Highway 75 Service Road. Elite Self-Storage is 1.3 miles North, on the right.
